Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email customersupport@furnishinghorizon.co.uk in the first instance and use a title of DAMAGED ORDER. Upload images of the damages including pictures of the outer packaging of the item before the item is opened.

Please ensure you state your order number as well as the damaged part(s) numbers . Once received a member of staff will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm receipt.

We will offer replacement unit or parts at no cost providing the following has been adhered to upon delivery:-

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please write down “Package Damaged” (or request the driver note it on the delivery note) at the time of receiving the delivery. Failure to do so will invalidate any claim.

It is important that you inspect your item upon delivery and report any issues in writing to us at support@furnishinghorizon.co.uk within 2 days of receiving the item. Any claim made after 48 hours will be rejected.

If you prefer to return the item, we will refund the item’s price minus any delivery cost (including on delivery included offers) incurred by ourselves in the delivery of the item to you, this will be returned to your original payment method within 20 business days of pickup of the item from yourself. Please see the returns section of our cancellation and returns policy as this would apply.

For larger spare parts shipped from Poland: These needs to be manufactured and can take up to 30 days
