I ordered 3 stools. One arrived broken. I immediately sent images of it to furnishing horizon by email. Asking for it to be collected and refunded. I have sent 2 follow up emails and have not had a response to any of my 3 emails. I have tried countless times to use the web chat and have had no response. Upon looking at reviews on trustpilot I see others have had the same poor service. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I would have not made the purchase.
