I ordered 3 stools. One arrived broken. I immediately sent images of it to furnishing horizon by email. Asking for it to be collected and refunded. I have sent 2 follow up emails and have not had a response to any of my 3 emails. I have tried countless times to use the web chat and have had no response. Upon looking at reviews on trustpilot I see others have had the same poor service. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I would have not made the purchase.

Received my delivery on time. There were no instructions but the customer service department was very helpful and emailed it to me straight away. Very happy with my purchase. It took me a few hours to put it together but I’m a female so if I can do it then anyone can ☺️
